Tammy is a one-time character who appears in the Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats episode Terrible Tammy.

Tammy pretends to be a sweet innocent cat in front of Marcy, but, on the other hand, she is really a rather tomboyish cat who loves to bully someone, such as Heathcliff. While getting even with Heathcliff, she shows off her sweet innocent side, stating that he wouldn’t hit a girl.
To get her back, Heathcliff uses black-eye makeup, rolled in the mud, and put on some medical bandages to pretend Tammy had beaten him up, and Marcy even scolds Tammy for hurting him. Even after Marcy had left, when Tammy finally attacks Heathcliff, Sonja steps up to defend Heathcliff and fights Tammy, getting rid of her by punching her high into the air and rolling away with Marcy’s baby carriage.

Tammy is a silver/grey Russian blue cat. She has a big bushy tail and wears a big yellow bow on her head.
