Jake is a one-time character from the Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats episode The Games of Love.

Character Overview[]

Personality[]

He is brash athlete, and loves being competitive. He is very over-protective, or to be more precise, outright discriminant against those suitors who would dare date his sister, as he only wants her to date athletes that are better than him. He even threatened Hector, Wordsworth, and Mungo that he would throw javelins at them if Mungo didn't beat him in any, if not all the track events that he himself purposely pressed upon them, just as he said he did to other cats in the past. Even so, he will never harm Dixie, especially when she stood up to him, stating that SHE WILL DECIDE WHO SHE DATES, and dates Mungo out of sheer defiance to her brother's overreaching behavior. Unfortunately, upon finding out that Hector and Wordsworth had cheated earlier, Jake chased after them, javelins in both hands, ready to impale the pair with extreme hatred.

Appearance[]

He is tall and muscular with yellow paws, a blonde mohawk, and mustache. He wears an indigo tank top and matching shorts with a pink belt. His height is about the same size as Mungo, but only more fit. His fangs sticking out make him look like a walrus.

Relations[]

Family[]

Dixie[]

He disapproved of her dating Mungo due to not being a good athlete. She stands up to Jake, and tells him that she'll date Mungo whether he likes it or not, and then dates Mungo anyway to further prove her point.

Enemies[]

Mungo[]

Was opposed to him dating his sister Dixie feeling that Mungo was not a good athlete. Threatened to throw javelins at him if he failed to beat him. However, Dixie intervened and put a stop to Jake's belligerent overreaching behavior.

Hector[]

Threatened him and Wordsworth that if Mungo was not good enough to beat him in the track meet, he would throw javelins at him. He and Wordsworth were attacked afterwards for cheating.

Wordsworth[]

Threatened him and Hector that if Mungo was not good enough to beat him in the track meet, he would throw spears at him. He and Hector were attacked afterwards for cheating.
